Renee Joan Raffel

Renee Joan Raffel was born February 5, 1970 to Bill Storey and Dottie Jones . Renee was talented in many ways from gourmet cooking, sewing, diving and photography. She married her soul mate Phil Raffel on March 21, 1996 and had two beautiful sons William and Colby. Renee’s light of her life was her boys and she proudly participated and cheered them on through their swimming in high school and Colby’s acceptance to UNLV swim team and Williams college studies to join his father in business. Renee became a gourmet chef and friends, family and anyone else lucky enough to partake of her culinary delights will tell you the same thing, no one cooked as good as Renee. Renee’s other passion was working alongside her husband Phil as they rebuilt, and remodeled their home and most recently a singlewide in Flagstaff. Renee became an expert tile layer and bedazzler, her designs can be seen throughout their homes. Renee is survived by her mother Dorothy (John) Fitzgerrel, her beloved husband Phil of 27 years, her sons William (21) and Colby (19) and her sister Minette (Nick) and niece Liz,. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 11:00am at Shadow Mountain Mortuary 2350 E Greenway Rd Phoenix, AZ 85022.
