Rachel V. Pollack

Rachel was born March 29, 1943. Rachel was the third youngest of eleven siblings to immigrant parents. Being devout in her faith, Rachel felt a calling to help others and worked as a registered nurse for the better part of forty years, half of that time with Maricopa Integrated Health. She married her husband Herman in 1978 and stayed married until his death in 2000. She is survived by her brothers and sisters Chepe, Johnny, Mary, Frances and Bobbi. And is also survived by her son Isaac and granddaughter Isabella and her many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Rachel will be held Tuesday, July 17, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Daniel the Prophet Catholic Church, 1030 North Hayden Road, Arizona 85257. A committal service will occur Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 11:30 AM at St. Francis, 2033 N 48th St, Phoenix, Arizona 85008.
