Racheal was born August 13,1952, in Safford, Arizona to Margaret Quiroz Dominguez and Jose Marin. She grew up in Thatcher, Arizona most of her youth. As a graduate of Thatcher High School, she was a member of the Girl's Athletic Association, including volleyball and softball; as well as the Library Club and National Honor Society. Her love for music and dancing, never ceased. She would be the first to the dance floor.

On April 15, 1972 she married Thomas M. Hernandez. Shortly after, they moved to Phoenix where they raised their four children, Eileen, Aundrea, Tommy Jr. and Philip, in west Phoenix.

Racheal will be remembered as a kind hearted, compassionate and loving Mom. She was always ready to listen, give advice and lend a hand when needed. Her amazing smile, personality and laughter will be dearly missed.

Racheal is survived by her sister Elisa Marin (Genaro) Flores; children Eileen Hernandez, Aundrea (Jon) Engelking, Tommy Hernandez Jr., Philip Hernandez; grandchildren Anthony (Adriana) Goodard, Dominique (Brandon) Vazquez, Mariah Spaulding, Terrence & Aalyiah Engelking; great-grandchildren Aiden & Athena Vazquez; nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by parents Margaret and Jose; sister Gloria Marin; and nephews Serjio Barela and Gabriel Mesa.
