Once in a blue moon, you find someone who has an extra spark of personal magnetism - real star power. Phillip had that combined with a finely tuned sense of justice and humanity....probably what led him to Real Estate as a career, where he not only made a living, but quietly helped lots of folks improve their status. Memoriams and Obituaries tend to be flowery, using soaring words, but how do you properly celebrate a plainly decent guy who is a master of his craft, able to work and play with anyone, from street vendor to corporate CEO and make them into lifelong friends? He found ways to improve life for all within range of his energy. Career didn't divert him from family. All of us remember his excursions inclusive of every niece and nephew (most involved fishing). He could tell jokes like no one else. We'll miss all that and we're just sure he glad handed Saint Peter February 11th had a joke for him, and got busy gathering those loved ones who went up the golden staircase before him for the biggest family fishing trip ever. Salute, Phillip, for a life well lived....
