Peggy G. Lucero died June 27, 2010 and went to be with her savior. She was born in McNary, Arizona on August 1st, 1927 and is the daughter of Victorianna and Alajandro Lucero. She is preceded in death by all of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her nieces, Vera (Danny) Starmer, Delores Fields, and many, many other nieces and nephews, as well as a dear friend, Phyllis Ross. Peggy received her masters from Indiana University and taught school for 40 years in the Phoenix Union High School District. She will be missed by all, especially her circle of close friends. There will be a rosary Friday, July 9, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. with a mass to follow at 10:00 A.M. at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 719 N. 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
