Katherine McCulloch Bishop was a woman of many adventures and accomplishments. She
completed her education and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Literature, and joined the
Air Force where she achieved rank of Sargent and learned how to fly.
Kitty was also a substitute teacher, radio producer and Little Theatre actress and producer,
Arizona State Hospital Patient Advocate, floral designer and wedding coordinator.
In her free time she enjoyed literature, reading, travel and cross stitching. She loved crossword
puzzles and could finish them in ink.
Her most prized accomplishment was her family. She was a daughter, sister, and wife to
Harold L. Bishop for thirty-five years. She was mother of five; Bridget, Evan, Brian, Jennifer,
Casey, and Grandmother of six and Great Grandmother of fifteen.
She is preceded in passing by her husband, Harold and Brother Samuel C. McCulloch. She
was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
