Jon Kleinheksel, 82, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on October 29, 2023. He grew up in Excelsior, Minnesota. Jon was a veteran and served in the Motor Transport field with the United States Marine Corps. He was a longtime member of the American Legion and served a term in 1992 as the Commander of American Legion Post 107. Jon worked in several capacities at Target over the years. He enjoyed using a travel trailer to explore North America with Ann.
Jon was preceded in death by Russell, his dad; Ruth, his mom; Marge, his sister; Diryl, his sister and was widowed twice; Linda his first wife and Ann his second wife. He is survived by Bernice, his sister; Dirk, his brother; Keith, his son (Martha wife); Kari, his daughter; his three step children; Jim (Margie wife), Lori (Cliff husband), Michael (Pat wife) and several grandchildren. He will be dearly missed and always remembered.
Jon's graveside service will be held on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 1230 pm at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
