James Madigan

It is with great sadness that we announce James "Jimmy" Madigan Jr. died unexpectedly in his home on November 23, 2016, in Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 56. Jimmy was born on April 27th, 1960 in North Bergen, NJ. Jimmy spent his childhood growing up in New Jersey up until joining the military and proudly serving our Nation as a United States Marine. Jimmy moved to Phoenix in 1982 where he resided until his untimely death. While in Phoenix Jimmy took an interest in real estate which eventually lead to a career with Avant Garde Residential Management Services. Jimmy was very devoted to his job and loved what he did. Through his work and everyday life, Jimmy made many wonderful friends and positively impacted everyone he encountered.

Jimmy is survived by his mother Charlotte Balcer, his stepfather Joe Balcer, his long-time love of sixteen years, Isabel Salinas, his brother Joey, his sisters Joanne, Lisa and Tia, his daughter Jessica Madigan and his granddaughter Gina and his two grandsons, Roddy and Michael as well many other close friends and relatives. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, James Madigan Sr. and his brother Frank.

There will be a memorial service for Jimmy at Advantage Colonial Funeral Home, 4141 N. 19th Avenue, Phoenix, Az., on Thursday, December the 15th, 2016. The service will begin at 4PM. After the service Jimmy will make his final return home to his family to be interned.
