Frank Anthony Fanelli, Jr., died Monday, July 13, 2020, in Phoenix, Arizona, from COVID-19. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Anthony, Sr. and Josephine (Circelli) Fanelli; his sisters, Lois Wilder of Georgia and Alice Distilli of Virginia; and his brother, Domenick Fanelli of Florida. He is survived by his brother, Robert Fanelli (Carol) of New Jersey; his sisters, Marie Hammer (George) and Adeline Falco, both of New York; three sons, Steven (Susan Murphy), Gary (Mimi), and Keith; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Born June 13, 1930 in New York, New York, Frank served in the Army during the conflict in Korea. He moved to Kendall Park, New Jersey in the mid-1950s, where he worked as a carpenter for many years before owning and operating the Triangle Inn bar and restaurant in North Brunswick, NJ. After retiring to Arizona, he worked at Mother Hubbard’s restaurant and the Scottsdale Camelback Resort.
