Dominga Garcia Rivera was born on July 13, 1941, in La Mesa, Texas, to Victor and Juanita Garcia.

She is survived by her four children: Teresa (David) Mendoza-Brooks, Gisela (Pete) Enriquez, Cornelius (Julie) Rivera, Anita (Lawrence) Roman, 12 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and 4 siblings. She is preceded in death by her father, mother, Florentino Rivera, Manuel Hernandez, 6 siblings and 1 grandchild. Dominga Rivera on July 1, 2023 accepted the Lord as her Savior and is now rejoicing in his presence.
