Denelle Eve Lara Martinez, 37, was taken from us July 30, 2015. She was born March 30, 1978 in Hayward, Ca and moved to Phx, Az in 1985. Denelle Eve Lara Martinez is survived by her husband Brandon, 5 sons, Richie, Angel, Isaiah, Chris, Nick Lomeli and a daughter Izabella Sophia Martinez; a mother Evelyn Lara Ortiz ; a Grandmother Lupe Lara Schnap; 2 sisters, Gloria Ortiz and Teresa Ortiz; 2 nephews, Victor Jr. And Isaac, Best friend Carrie Borta; Aunts, Uncles and many cousins.
