Cynthia Ann Black

Cynthia Ann Black, was born in Troy, New York on February 3, 1944 to Mary and Richard Delton and passed away in Phoenix, Arizona on April 19, 2014, with her family at her bedside. She was predeceased by her parents, her brother Louis and brother Richie. She is survived by her loving husband Bill, her son Richie, brother Phil and her best friend and sister Beverlee, and her two poodles Mona Lisa and Jeanne. She grew up in Albany, NY where she went to Albany high school and Albany business College. After graduating from school, she went to work for Albany Medical Center Hospital as a personnel secretary. When she was approximately 21 years of age, she and her Mom moved to California, where she later met her future husband Bill, and they have been married for 44 years. She since moved to Glendale/Phoenix. Cindy and Bill had their own country western band for many many years.

Her Memorial Service will be held at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Road, Phoenix, Arizona on Saturday. April 26 from 11:00 to 1:00 P.M. with a luncheon to follow. Place will be announced at a later date.
