Charles E. Marshall was born on August 16, 1947 in Dallas, Texas. He passed away the morning of December 26, 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona. He served in the United States Navy for four years from November of 1966 to October of 1970. He is survived by his first wife, Lynn Rachal and their three sons, Joey Marshall and his wife Christy, Brock Marshall and his wife Priscilla, and Chad Marshall. He is also survived by his second wife Carla Giles and their two kids, Ashley Ellis and her husband Kyle, and Ches Giles. Charles has 8 grandchildren: Evan Marshall, Jordan Marshall, twins Baylee and Cameryn Marshall, Zoe Marshall, Arden Marshall, Cole Ellis and Skylar Ellis. Charles also has 2 great grandchildren: Anastasia and Micheal. A Celebration of Charles' life will be held on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 10:00 in the morning at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary located at 200 W Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85027.
