Gwen, there are no words to express my deepest sympathy. I have always loved you and Cecil and I always will. It's like time never separated us. We'd just pick up where we left off like it was yesterday even though it was months and sometimes years. He will be missed. I'll always remember his smile and laughter. Rest In Peace, My friend ❤️

I have a lot of great memories of spending time with Cecil. We had a lot of good food, drinks, and much laughter. His brother , Jesse, and I were college roommates and spent time at their home in Racine. Cecil used to come and visit us in LaCrosse and mooch food drinks and a place to stay. What a great time we had. One of my cherished memories is the last conversation we had on the phone not so long ago . My thoughts and prayers are with you,

I'm going to miss my buddy...Big Cec (as l called him) we had plenty of laughs at Chase, I would always tell him to turn his head and was gonna steal those beautiful lunches Gwen (Ma Barker) would make for him. One day I was lucky enough to receive a beautiful salad, that made my day! I checked on him often to see how he was doing.  Sometimes you could hear the 
weakness in his voice, but he always said he was doing pretty good "Hun". I promise I will continue to check and keep Gwen and the rest of the family in my prayers.  Big Cec, you Rest Well you deserve it.   You will never be forgotten! 💔 I just heard you say..."I  hear ya!!
