Barbara L. Shope, 74, of Phoenix, passed on Friday, 1-31-2020 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born on 6-1-1945 to the late Robert Paioletti and Rachael Workman Paioletti in Harrisburg, PA. She attended John Harris High School graduating class of 1963, in Harrisburg, PA. Barbara retired in 2010, enjoying the last 10 years in the Phoenix sunshine and warmth.
Barbara was a member of the Northminster Presbyterian Church in Phoenix, AZ. She was a church volunteer assisting with her church’s weekly food bank. Barbara enjoyed helping the Sunshine Angels program, providing birthday and Christmas parties for foster children.
Barbara is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jill and Phillip Tezak, of Scottsdale AZ. Barbara will be missed by her Grandson Andrew Tezak, of Concho AZ., along with his wife Haylie, 2 great granddaughters Saydie and Adalie, and 2 great grandsons Andrew and Gavriel.
Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, 2-13-2020, at the Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd. Phoenix, AZ. , with Pastor Matt Brown officiating.
