PHARR- Irene Perez, 73, left to be with the Lord on March 28, 2019 at Briarcliff Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born to Joaquin Mayorga and Juana Rivera on June 6, 1945 in Durango, Mexico. Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband, Roberto Perez; children: Juan Tomas (Rosie) Perez, Alma Irene (Ramiro) Hernandez, Joaquin (Maribel Guerra) Perez, Laura Lydia (Adrian Hernandez) Perez and Jorge (Irene) Perez. She will also be greatly missed by nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and brother, Rafael Rivera. Family will receive friends Friday, March 29, 2019 from 2 pm to 11 pm with a prayer service at 7 pm at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. Funeral service will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Funeraria del Angel Palm Valley of Pharr.
