Diana Rivera, age 39, of Pharr, Texas passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021. Diana was born December 19, 1981 to Yolanda De Leon Rivera and Mario Rivera in Wasco, CA. Diana was a woman of great faith who loved God and often listened to praise and worship music while driving in her car. She gave glory to God for all her blessings
Diana was also deeply devoted to her family and was always ready to help them in anything they needed. Diana loved her son Mario to no end and was very involved in his education, youth sports, and most importantly, fostering his faith in God. Many of Diana’s fondest moments was spending time with her young nieces by either babysitting, taking them to annual Christmas programs, or simply inviting them over to hang out and talk. Diana also cherished the many barbeques and Holiday celebrations where she often was the life of the party. Diana loved every moment when family came together. Diana was an irreplaceable beautiful and unique soul that will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Diana is survived by her pride & joy her son Mario Lefon Morss; her parents; Mario Rivera and Yolanda De Leon Rivera; her sisters; Yolanda Sweet (Joseph), Mayra Rivera, Marisol Rivera (Jesus) Melissa Rivera (David); and the love of her life her fiance' Esteban Andres Vela. Diana is also survived by her beloved nieces & nephew who she loved dearly Taylor , Sydney , Anissa , Rosendo , Anabel , Leah , Mila & Emmy.
Diana was preceded in death by her grandparents Pedro and Juanita De Leon, and her grandparents Valentin and Maria Rivera.
A memorial service for Diana will be held Friday, October 1, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, followed by a burial of ashes at 3:00 PM
