Susan F. Joyce

Susan retired from the Round Rock ISD after 25 years working as a librarian’s aide. She was a dedicated mother, an active member of Westside Church of Christ and a wonderful friend to many.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Fannye Mae Miller. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Mike Joyce and children Steve Joyce and wife Miranda of Buda, TX; Jennifer York of Leander, TX; Jeff Joyce and wife Jennifer of Olathe, KS; and Scott Joyce and wife Dana of Pflugerville, TX. She also leaves her sister Barbara Miller of Plano, TX, as well as aunts and uncles Connye and Jim Hayes of Abilene, TX; Rex Klepper of Abilene, TX and Christine Klepper of Clyde, TX. Susan will be missed by 6 grandchildren who she adored: Matthew, Justin, Kayden, Emmalee, Olivia and Ainslee.

The family wishes to express their sincerest gratitude for all of the support received from the church, family and friends and all those involved in the care of our beloved wife, mother and sister.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2013 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Westside Church of Christ, 3300 FM 1431, Round Rock. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Clyde Cemetery in Clyde, Texas.
