L.C. grew up in Lytton Springs, Texas before serving in the Army. After being Honorably Discharged, he worked as a truck driver, an electric contractor and electric inspector before retiring from the City of Austin. He loved his family and most of all he loved his wife, Betty. L.C. was a member of the Travis County Sheriff’s Posse and was a Reserve Deputy in Travis County. He was a Mason in the Onion Creek Masonic Lodge and a member of the Ben Hur Shrine.
L.C. was preceded in death by his parents, nine brothers and sisters, his wife, Betty Raven Martin and grandson Michael Neitsch. He is survived by his children, Judy Neitsch and husband Ray of Gonzalez, Texas, Ken Martin and wife Ruth of Austin, Texas, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A graveside service for Louis will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home & Cemetery, 14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
