He was born in Trinity, Texas, the first son of Edward and Mae Poole. Kenneth, known simply as Ken to most, was one of the first babies to be born at the Trinity Memorial Hospital.
He graduated from Victoria Jr. College in Victoria, Texas. He lived out in the country for over 25 years surrounded by beautiful nature and peace.
Ken is preceded in death by father, Edward Ray Poole.
He is survived by his son, Kenny R. Poole, Jr. and his wife Gloria Michelle; daughter, Sherilyn Habbit; mother, W. Mae Anderson and her husband Pat Anderson; brother, Gary Poole and his wife Sherri; brother, Tim Poole and his wife Brenda; brother, Richard Poole; 5 grandchildren; nieces and one nephew.
A Memorial to honor Ken’s life here on earth will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 4, 2016 at High Point Baptist Church, 12030 Dessau Road, Austin, TX.
