Harold aka "Cy" was born on December 30, 1936 in North Braddock, PA, where he spent his formative years. He started his drafting career at the age of 17 with Westinghouse in Pittsburgh and stayed with the company until retirement in 2007 after moving his family to Round Rock, Texas in 1980. Throughout his career, he was known for his hard work, dedication, and passion for helping others and is honorably remembered for his service in the Army National Guard of Pennsylvania and US Armed Forces.
But more than anything, Cy was a devoted father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, sharing stories, playing games, and watching their favorite TV shows. He was always there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement, no matter what challenges they faced.
Before moving to Texas, Cy was a Master Mason with the Delta Braddock's Lodge in PA. After moving to Texas, Cy enjoyed playing golf at the Georgetown Country Club and was always eager to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with others. He enjoyed the camaraderie of his fellow golf mates during golf matches and libations afterwards.
Cy was predeceased by his father and mother, Martin and Anna Seibert, his brothers, Marty and James, and his first wife and children's mother Ruth B. Seibert.
Cy is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Deborah L. King Seibert; his son, Paul and his wife Joyti; son, Ralph Seibert; daughter, Leann Seibert; three grandsons and five great-grandchildren; step-son David Stallcup, and his wife Nancy; step-daughter, Devon Marinkovich and her husband Andrew; and three step-grandchildren. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
A private celebration of life will be held for family and close friends at a future date. The family wishes not to have flowers/gifts sent in this regard.
