Charlotte Jane Gault

Charlotte Jane Gault departed this life on March 30 2011 in Austin, Texas. Jane was born in Austin, Texas to Eugene T. Morrison and Lucille Curry Morrison and grew up on East Avenue, which later became Interstate Highway 35. She graduated from Austin High School in 1950 and married her childhood sweetheart, Lafayette Pascal Gault on August 5, 1950 at East Avenue Baptist Church. They raised 5 children and then “retired” to Elgin, Texas to farm and raise goats. Jane and LP cherished the years spent in Elgin and their many friends there. Through their 53 years of marriage, they never lost passion and love for spending time with family and friends.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, husband LP, son Terrence Pascal Gault, daughter-in-law Gayla Gault and brother Eugene(Beanie) Morrison. She is survived by sister Joan Kirby and husband Albert, sister Jessie Grissom and husband Robert, brother Geoffrey Morrison and wife Doodles, daughter Donna Barrett and husband Bill, son Mark Gault and wife Laura, daughter Joani Miles and husband Art, son Charlie Gault and wife Cindy, grandchildren: Daniel Barrett, Ashley Davis, Graham and Julie Gault, Darcy Gault, Alyson and Rob Weaver, Garrett and Summer Miles, Erin Miles, Corey Gault, Dillon Gault, great grandchildren: Leilani Davis, Lilly Gault, Sidney Weaver, Caden Miles, Dane Miles, and many cousins, nieces and nephews that she loved.

The family would like to thank the staffs of Seton Medical Center, Texas NeuroRehab Center, and the Christopher House for their kindness and care in the last weeks of her life.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 2, 10:00 a.m. at Cook-Walden Capital Parks, 14501 North IH 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660.
