He was born in Del Rio, Texas on October 23, 1966. Arturo graduated from Del Rio High school and received an Orbital Welding degree from Texas State Tech College. He married the love of his life Sandra E. Soriano on June 9, 1990. Arturo had a career in Quality Engineering for Ichor Systems for many years. He was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church and had a passion for the outdoors like bike riding, walking and working on his ranch.
Arturo was survived by his wife Sandra Soriano; his children Andres Soriano and wife Laura Valadez, Mercedes Soriano and Pilar Soriano. His siblings Luz Aurora Cano and Gerardo Cano of Lubbock, Texas, Juan Soriano, Mario Soriano and wife Martha Soriano, Sylvia Fernandez and husband Hilberto Fernandez.
Those who proceeded Arturo are his father Juan Soriano and his sister Elva Soriano-Picos.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. Following will be a Rosary from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 28, 2022 at St. Elizabeth’s of Hungary Catholic Church in Pflugerville, Texas. Committal will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas.
