Peacefully at PRHC on Friday, June 10, 2011 in his 95th year. Loving husband of his first wife Lucille (nee Davis) (1977); survived by his second wife Shirley (nee McConnell). Loving father of June Graham (George Middleton), Ed, Bill (Denise) and Ian. Loving grandfather of Christopher (Rosemary) and Amy (Chris). Loving great-grandfather of Paige and Celeste. Victor will be remembered by Shirley’s children; Randy (Diane) Windrem, Beverly (Wayne) Hogan, Jeff Windrem and their families. Victor was predeceased by his parents William and Grace (nee Sage); sister Isabel Wannamaker and brother Ken Graham. He retired from CGE after many years of service. Visitation will begin at 11:30 am followed by a funeral service at 1:30 pm in the chapel of COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street on Thursday, June 16, 2011. Interment will take place at Emily Cemetery, Omemee. Memorial donations to Alzheimer Society, Cancer Society or to the Ashley Stinson Fund would be greatly appreciated by Victor’s family.
