Peacefully, at St. Joseph’s at Fleming, on Friday, November 8, 2024 in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Brian “Bruin” VanderBy. Loving mother of Robert (Jean), Paul & Allan. Predeceased by her son Harry. Proud grandmother of Christine (Mark) Newell & Sonia (Barry) Wolfe and great grandmother of Samantha & Katherine Newell, Aiden & Amara Wolfe. Dear sister of the late Baukje Kloosterman, the late Harmen (the late Nelly), the late Ytje Hoekstra (the late George), the late Margaret “Grietje” Hyma (the late Kees), Siebe (Emmy) Kloosterman, the late John (Margaret) Kloosterman, the late Al “Eelke” (Truus) Kloosterman, late Tjitske "Tina" Kloosterman, Dorothy “Dirkje” Scholten (the late Harmen) and Bernard “Binne” (Nellie) Kloosterman.
Proud of her roots and her faith, Tryntje and her family were dairy farmers in the Assumption area.
