Hogan, Maureen Elizabeth (nee Gravelle): Our beautiful Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother Maureen is reunited in heaven with the love of her life, best friend and favourite dance partner Leo, on Monday February 4, 2019 while in the loving arms of her children. Maureen celebrated 90 years of life and was a proud resident of Brioux Avenue for 76 years. Adored wife for 55 years of the late Leo Patrick Hogan (2006). Precious and loving best Mom in the world of Michael Hogan and his wife Marjorie of Peterborough, Daniel Hogan (pre-deceased), Wayne Hogan and his wife Beverly of Pontypool, Susan Gemmiti and her husband Dean of Peterborough. Proud and fun loving Grandma of Jason Hogan and his wife Dionne of Ucluelet, B.C, Cody Hogan and his wife Lauren of Bethany, Kristopher Hogan and his wife Kerri of Janetville, Caprice Gemmiti and Colton Gemmiti both of Peterborough. Excited “Great Grandma Ho Ho” of Elsie of Janetville and Leo of Ucluelet. Treasured daughter of the late Peter Gravelle and the late Roseanne Connelly. Much loved daughter-in-law of the late Annie B. Airlie and the late Michael Hogan. Our Mom’s passions were dancing with our Dad, being surrounded by her family, cuddling with her pup Cheyanne (Momma’s Baby), creating beautiful knitted and plastic canvas treasures for her family and friends, eating chocolates and sweets and attending her Tuesday morning St. James Craft Group. Friends will be received at the COMSTOCK-KAYE LIFE CELEBRATION CENTRE 356 Rubidge Street from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm Friday. Funeral mass will be held at SACRED HEART CHURCH 208 Romaine Street on Saturday February 9, 2019 at 10:30 am. Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery.
