GILL, Lorraine (née Guthrie) - At Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital on Saturday, December 31, 2022 in her 91st year went peacefully to be with the Lord in heaven. Lorraine was the beloved wife of the late Allan (2007). Loving mother of Lynda Slade, Lee Gill and Michael Gill(Crystal Miller). Beloved grandmother of Lori Landry (Kyle), Amanda Slade, Sara Parent (Rick), Corey Gill (Danielle), and Alan Gill (Jennifer) and cherished great-grandmother to Trystan, Rosalee, Jillian, Clover, Lochlan, Autumn, Kyle, Alyssa, Dallas, Abby and Marcelle. Lorraine will be missed by her dear friends John and Val Campy, John Chung (Linda), Vicky Chung, and a wide circle of friends and relatives. Visitation will be held at Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge St., Peterborough, on Saturday, January 7th from 1:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. A reception will follow. Interment to be held at Maple Grove Cemetery, Havelock in the Spring. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
