Dear Louise and Family,

We were all so very sorry to have learned of Jim's passing.  We will remember him fondly for his soft spoken kindness and his musical talent at NHB.
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.  We have very much missed seeing you all since the pandemic, and think of you warmly and often.

Dear Louise and family.  Was so very sad to hear of Jim’s passing.  He was such a kind and loving boy that carried these attributes through his adult life.  My sincere condolences to you all.

Sending our sincere condolences to you Louise and your family.  It has been a long while since we were last together in person... but still with us even now are the warm memories of time spent in the past at family get-togethers with Jim, Ron, Gord, Aunt Lena and Uncle Lloyd.  As the 'country cousins',  we especially remember and treasure the good times we had the summers Gord, Ron and Jim worked at our farm...  haying was so much easier and more fun with their help, and the summer Jim was here on his own, the main thing I remember is the contagious effect of his laughter.  It still makes me smile.... and this is our wish and prayer for you... that you will always have Jim nearby and supporting you with memories of his constant love and that wonderful contagious laughter. 
 I hope in the future we'll be able to connect more often... we're still on the farm and would welcome your visit ...

Such special memories of our family coming over to cousin Jimmy (James) house, to share part of Christmas Day with Uncle Lloyd & Aunt Lena, Gord, Ron and Jimmy. The Christmas dinner, the table games, & seeing the train set operating brought us so much joy!  The warmth of family we felt at the Hiscox house in those visits, and other visits still warm my heart!  Sharing your loss.

Jim will be truly missed for his warmth and friendliness.  We knew him through PNHB and looked forward to our interactions with him.    He was a very thoughtful man, with a quiet gift of humour.  Our thoughts are with the family.

Jim will be missed by his PNHB band family.  Our hearts go out to the family.

I have such wonderful memories of Millbrook Community choir and Justin, Mark and Jim. The most fun I ever had in a choir, and I enjoyed and appreciated Jim for his quiet, warm smile and his kindness. Justin and Mark, you were so fortunate to have such a supportive Dad. I am so sorry for your loss.

We are sorry to hear of Uncle Jim’s passing; and are praying for God’s peace and comfort at this time of loss.
I have fond memories of going to Canada’s Wonderful with your family many years ago.  Uncle Jim laughed and chuckled uncontrollably for the duration of each ride.  I’m not sure what was more fun: experiencing a roller coaster for the 1st time, or hearing Uncle Jim laugh! 😁
