Survived by his children Elizabeth and Christopher (Gao Yan), their mother Carolee Awde and his siblings Sharon (Bob Armstrong), Mike (Terry Kirourac, late Robin Burley), Marie (Ken Powers), William and Paul (Andrea Horton). Son of the late Jack and Theresa (Peters) Sadler.

Per Don's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no service. Visitation Sunday, July 14, 2024 from 1-4 p.m., at Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough.
