William was born on April 24, 1967 in Pekin, IL the son of William Henry & Anna Mae (Sanders) Moore.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Robert & Anna Barbier of Peoria; two sisters, Belinda (Mike) Velasquez of Phoenix, Arizona and Dawn Barbier McIntyre of Airdrie in Alberta, Canada; and several nieces and nephews.
William was preceded in death by his father.
He was an Army Veteran.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday October 12, 2012 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Pastor Jack Thompson will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services also at the funeral Home.
Burial will be in Orendorff Cemetery in Hopedale, IL.
