Monica L. McKillip

Monica L. McKillip, age 30, of St. Louis, formerly of Dunlap, passed away suddenly on Wednesday Aug. 21, 2013 at her home in St. Louis. Monica was born on Nov. 4, 1982 in Peoria to Terry and Kathy McKillip of Dunlap. Survivors include her parents, one sister, Sarah McKillip of New York City, NY, her maternal grandmother, Margaret Witkowski of Cleveland, OH, her paternal grandparents, Richard and Bernice McKillip of Chicago, IL, and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. Monica was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Edward J. Witkowski. Monica graduated from St. Louis University with a Masters in Accounting Degree and has worked at ANDERS CPAs & Advisors as a Senior Tax Accountant. While living in Dunlap, Monica attended Mossville Grade School and Illinois Valley Central High School, graduating in 2001. Visitation will be Monday Aug. 26, 2013 from 3 to 8 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home, 2408 W. Willow Knolls, Peoria, IL. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 27 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Jude Roman Catholic Church, 10811 North Knoxville Ave. Peoria, IL. Father Patrick Henehan officiating. Additional visitation will be one hour prior to the services on Tuesday at the Church. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services. Inurnment will be in Resurrection Mausoleum in Peoria at a later date.
