Linda was born in Peoria on September 1, 1956, the daughter of William and Mary Martinez Marshall. She married David Scales on March 28, 1983.
She is survived by her husband of thirty-two years; two daughters, Josette Forbes of Henry and Crystal (Tom) Gravat of Lacon; one son Steven (Tami) Corbridge of Georgia; three brothers, Don (Robin) Kalb of Edwards, Earl (Linda) Kalb and Joe (Coleen)Kalb both of Peoria; one sister, Margie (Wayne) Browning of W. Virginia; and five grandchildren.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, and five brothers.
She was a cook at Heartland Nursing Center until her death.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Friday, March 27, 2015 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Pastor Steve Graffis will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Hawley Cemetery.
