He was born on March 13, 1963 in Peoria to Delbert and Marjorie (Royalty) Sibley.
He married Leigh McGownd on February 12, 1982 in Peoria. She survives.
Kevin is also survived by his beloved bulldog, Isabella (Bella); two brothers, Phillip Smith of Bartonville and Mitchell Smith of California; numerous nieces and nephews; and goddaughters, Juliana Crawford, Shelby Sutton and Marlene Smith.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Rosemary Williams.
Kevin was Co-Owner and Vice President of Operations Diversified Digital Technology Services for 10 years. He also was a Professional Photographer 30+ years and a Professional Musician 30+ years. He was an Ordained Minister.
His bands include RU Ready, Dirty Work, Kevin Ray and the Soul Healers and was the current solo for Flattop.
He was attending student FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Institute) and Harvard Law concentrating on Constitutional Law.
He was a proud member of the Patriot Guard of Illinois Peoria Chapter.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. Services will follow at 4 p.m. with Brandon Callaway officiating.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.
