Donna Mae Buell

Donna M. Buell, 74, of Peoria, Illinois passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the OSF Richard Owens Hospice Center. She was born to Bernard E. and Betty A. (Jordan) Wagner on August 16, 1948. Both her parents preceded her in death.

Donna was member of Mt. Hawley Community Church in Peoria. She was “Mom” to many 4-legged fur-babies. Donna was at her happiest when she was outside working in her yard and digging in the dirt planting flowers or vegetables. She loved her family and enjoyed the holidays when everyone would gather together. She was also an avid Cardinal fan.

Donna is survived by two sisters, Rosemary L. Wade and Cheryl A. (David) Berkshier. Three nieces: Leslie Womack, Robyn Munoz and Elizabeth Berkshier and one nephew Michael Berkshier. Four great-nieces: Rosemary Womack, Emily (Kaleb) Greiner, Destiny Miller, and Alicia Miller. Two great nephews: Ismael Munoz and Zane Womack. Three great-great nieces: Lilly, Halie and Kala. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Lyle A. (Red) Wade and by a great nephew, Logan Womack.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023, at 11:00 am at Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel, 2021 N. University Street, Peoria, Illinois. Rev. Darnell Starks will officiate. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral.

Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
