Barbara Joyce Petroski

She was born on March 9, 1950 in New Haven Connecticut at Grace Community Hospital, a daughter to Sidney Leonard and Pauline Esther (Pearl) Rosenberg. She married Richard J. Petroski in Hamden, Connecticut on June 16, 1971. He survives.

Also surviving is her son, Ron Petroski, and brother, Steve (Philomina) Rosenberg.

Barbara received her masters degree and spent most of her career as a teacher. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Peoria. Barbara loved Rock & Roll music in teenage years. She also loved children and animals, especially cats.

Cremation rites have been accorded by Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home. A Memorial service will be announced at a later date.
