Mable Everett Daugherty of Lecanto, Florida, passed away on April 23, 2023 at the age of 94.
She was a life long resident of Cantonment but moved to Lecanto six years ago. She graduated from Tate High School and then worked there for 20 years as a Teachers Aide. Mable was a member of Wilde Lake Church (formerly called Pine Forest United Methodist Church) for 49 years before moving to central Florida. She loved people and never met a stranger. Most of the kids at church fondly called her Aunt Mable.
Mable is predeceased by Donovan D. ‘Don’, her husband of 67 years and by David C. Frantz, a son-in-law. Mable is survived by her three children, Donna (Tom) Stewart, Pat Frantz, and Rick (Nicola) Daugherty, seven grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, May 6,2023 Funeral Services will stat at 11:00am, at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home,1985 W Nine Mile Rd, Pensacola, with Rev. John F. Webb officiating.
