Steve Alvis

Steve graduated from Pell City High School in 1988 and worked for Acmee Packaging in Leeds, AL as a steel worker. He loved hunting, fishing, Alabama football and dirt track racing.

Steve is survived by his wife of 12 years: Missy Alvis; daughters: Amber Nelson (Christian) and Chelsea Campbell (Christopher); son: Steven Alvis; step-son: Houston Miller; mother: Violet Marie Guthrie; father: Anthony Steven Alvis, Sr.; special dad: Tim Rabon; sister: Angela Miclette (Steve); grandchildren: Alayiah Alvis, Grant Campbell, Graham Campbell, Brody Blaylock and Kamdon Blaylock; and several friends and family.

A visitation for Steve will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home with a celebration of life funeral service to follow. An interment will occur Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Valley Hill Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers will be: Steven Alvis, Don Meeks, Daniel Macon, Christopher Campbell, Christopher Cole, Christian Blaylock, Steve Campbell and Colby Campbell.
