JoAnn was born on January 7, 1936 in St. Clair County Alabama. She attended Parrish High School in Walker County where she met her husband and was happily married for 68 years.
JoAnn is survived by sister, Cloe E. King; children, Leigh Ann Naman (Don), Leslie Paige Kincaid (Tim), and Brian Keith Murphree (JoAnna); grandchildren, Jordan Rawson (Billy), Ryan Murphree, Peyton Murphree, Katherine Kincaid, Braden Kincaid, and Andrew Kincaid; great-grandchildren, Marilyn Kincaid, Jonah Kincaid, and Wagner Rawson.
JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Reginald and Oleane Braden; and husband, Bobby Lee Murphree.
A private family graveside service for JoAnn will be held at Cook Springs Cemetery.
