Victoria graduated from Childersburg High School. On August 14, 1970, she married Jesse Steve Cotney and launched her long-time career as a caring wife and homemaker, eventually becoming the proud mother of two daughters. Ultimately, she became "Mama C" to her deeply cherished grandchildren.
Victoria is survived by her husband, Steve; their two children, Lori Cotney Aultman (Sid) and Wendy Cotney Till (Clint); seven grandchildren, Parker Aultman, Isabelle Aultman, Brady Aultman, Lilly Aultman, Phoenix Till, Fox Till, and Brooklyn Till; and two brothers, Danny Wiginton and Joey Wiginton.
Visitation will be at Hoover Church of Christ in Hoover, Alabama on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, followed by A Service of Remembrance at 12 noon at the church, 3248 Lorna Road, Hoover, AL 35216.
