Sharon Renee Brown Antonio

ANTONIO, SHARON RENEE BROWN, 56, of Birmingham, Alabama, passed away March 10, 2012 in Birmingham, AL, surrounded by love with family at her side. She was born on November 3, 1955, the daughter of Billie & Graham Brown of Centre, Alabama. She is survived by her husband David Antonio, her two sons Nicholas and Tony Antonio, her mother and father Billie and Graham Brown, her two brothers Steve and Paul Brown and several nieces and nephews. She was an active member of Asbury United Methodist Church. She was an RN at Brookwood Hospital for 33 years and a realtor for RE/MAX Classic Homes for 7 years. She enjoyed vacationing at the beach or the mountains; she was an inspiration for others fighting breast cancer. Sharon's favorite saying was "My Family, My Joy". Her family knew her as a loving mother, and devoted wife. She was not only a homemaker, but a memory-maker, who passed on her enjoyment for life to all who knew her. She will be dearly missed. Her memorial services will be held at Asbury United Methodist Church, 6690 Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham, AL 35242 (205) 995-1700. Family and friends visitation will be at 5:00pm followed by the memorial services at 6:00pm on March 17, 2012. Memorial contributions may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church or to your choice of any Breast Cancer Research center that provides invaluable cure and comfort to others.
