She was born in Pekin on March 21, 1939 to the late Carl William Seelye and Ludicey Berniece Taylor Seelye.
Peggy was a beautician for many years, and formerly owned and operated a bar and grill. She enjoyed fishing, gambling, macramé, and crochet. She was an avid card player who taught all of her children, and grandchildren the game of Hand and Foot. She loved to travel, and wintered in Texas for several years.
Peggy is survived by her daughter, Sherri Artman; son, Bennie (Cory) Artman; step-daughter, Gail Vanderwulp; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Franklin Null; daughter, Cindy Artman; son, Thomas Artman; step-son, Randy Null; sister, Gloria Koleser; and brothers, Carl, Howard, and Wayne Seelye.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Davison-Fulton Woolsey Funeral Chapel with interment following at Glendale Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
