PEKIN ~ Norman Russell Morrison, 92, of Pekin, passed away at 11:34 p.m. Sunday, November 8, 2020 at his home.
Born July 7, 1928 in Pekin to Dewey and Stella (Craig) Morrison, he married Evelyn (Goodwin) Morrison on 1949 in Pekin. He was preceded in death by his parents; two great-grandchildren, one brother, two sisters.
Surviving are four daughters, Sandra (David) Begeman of Pekin, Judy Morrison of Hopedale, Joann Morrison of Pekin, and Sherrie (Mark) Andrews of Mapleton; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchildren.
He worked as a driver salesman working for both Pekin Dairy and Butternut Bread for many years.
Norman loved fishing and camping. He was a self-taught carpenter who built 3 homes and many pieces of furniture. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.
There will be no services and cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
