Born March 8, 1981 in Pekin, she was the daughter of Linda Marie (Gosnell) Rynearson and Robert J. Kolupa.
Surviving are her mother, Linda Rynearson of Pekin; her father, Robert (Laura) Kolupa of El Paso; her children, Johnathon Tandy, Baylee Sutton and Zeegan Welbourne, all of Pekin; her grandfather, Henry Gosnell of Pekin; five siblings, Rachel Gosnell, Veronica “Hopie” (Terry) Garrison, Larry (Rachel) Rynearson, all of Pekin, Krystell Kolupa and Cindy Walsh, both of El Paso; many aunts and uncles; many nieces and nephews; numerous cousins and friends. She also leaves her boyfriend, Nick Faichney of Pekin.
She was preceded in death by a niece, Haylee Garrison; a nephew, Ian Rynearson; an aunt, Diane Rowell and her grandparents, Joyce Gosnell, Charlene Erby and Robert Kolupa, Sr.
Nykke last worked for Maggie Mays in Pekin.
She will be remembered for having a good heart, a spunky and unique personality and a great love for her kids. Nykke liked going to Planet Fitness and listening to music. She also had a great fashion sense and loved to express herself.
A celebration of life gathering will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, December 4, 2022 at the Pekin Park District IRVSRA Recreational Center, 1715 Dragon, Suite B in Pekin. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
