She was born October 7, 1928, to Joseph and Bertha (Glaser) Keul in Des Moines, Iowa.
At 95 years old she gained quite a legacy of family and friends. If you knew her, you loved her. Marty's motto could be summed up by, "No one is a stranger, just a friend I haven't met yet." She raised her 3 children to be kind, hardworking, grateful, faithful, family centered and focused to win at any card game.
She was an incredible mother and dear friend to so many. Martha Maxine (Keul) McLoughlin Croft aged and passed with grace, faith, dignity, and beauty. Everyone will miss her smile that could light up a room.
Martha is preceded in passing by her beloved husbands, Donald McLoughlin and George Croft, as well as her son-in-law, Michael Locker. She leaves her loving memory with her children, David (Karen) McLoughlin, Stephen (Susan) McLoughlin, and Marjorie Locker; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, along with a large extended family.
Her memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 9, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin. Father Michael Andrejek will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour before the Mass at the church. Inurnment will follow the Mass in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Pekin. Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin has been entrusted with her arrangements.
