Born January 6, 1943 in Pekin to Marvin and Marjorie (Deboer) Tillman. Her parents preceded her in death.
Surviving are her daughter Jodi Albin of Red River, New Mexico and one son; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother Steve Tillman of Greeley, Colorado.
Judy lived a long and colorful life and now she is finally at rest.
There are no services scheduled. Arrangements are by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
