Jodi R. Hasler

Born September 17, 1968 in Pekin to Cary L. and Paulette (Jackson) Robinson, she married Mark D. Hasler on May 25, 1994 in Pekin. He survives.

Also surviving are her mother, Paulette Cooley of Bloomington; her stepmother, Cheryl A. Robinson of Pekin; one son, Cody Ray Stum of East Peoria; two grandchildren, Jaiden Lee Ramey of Cuba and Hudsyn Nicole Stum of Peoria; two sisters, Kelli (Matt) McDaniel of Havana and Cassie (Kyle) Seward of Pekin; two brothers, Chad Robinson of Pekin and Todd Robinson of Bloomington and her mother-in-law, Diana Hasler of East Peoria. She also leaves Luci Jo, her beloved puppy.

She was preceded in death by her father on November 7, 2021 and one daughter, Jordan Ashley Stum on August 5, 2011.

A 1987 graduate of Pekin Community High School, Jodi went on to Advanced Medical Transport to work as a Medic, then on to Midwest Technical Institute to become a Medical Assistant. She then attended Illinois Central College and St. Francis College of Nursing. Jodi last worked at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in the Emergency Department in 2011.

Jodi enjoyed spending time with her loving husband, family and especially her grandchildren. She found joy in camping, fishing, hunting and listening to music. She was fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2022 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor James C. McClarey will officiate. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Cremation will be accorded following the funeral.

Memorial contributions may be made to her family for her grandchildren’s education.
