PEORIA ~ Jeanetta Rose Underwood, 66, of Peoria, died at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was formerly of Parker, Arizona and of Laytonville and Stockton, California.
Born November 24, 1958 in Rochelle, she was the daughter of Orvel and Glenda Rose (Armes) Kester.
Surviving are two daughters, Debra Martin of Stockton, California and Diana (Jason) Good of Morton; one son, John (Elizabeth DeMartini) Wood of Pacifica, California; seven grandchildren and two brothers, Orvel (Tina Vitolo-Kester) Kester of Gig Harbor, Washington and James (Tracey) Kester of Ukiah, California.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and one sister.
Jeanetta worked as a waitress most of her life and also in retail.
No services or visitation are planned. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
