He was born September 12, 1947 in Louisiana, Missouri to Archie Millow and Ruth Bullah May (Carroll) Ulery. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving are two daughters, Cynthia Kay Ulery and Megan (Chad) Olsen, both of East Peoria; one son, Kelly (Danielle) Ulery of North Pekin; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several cousins.
Archie was the Road Maintenance Foreman for Groveland Township for 30-plus years.
An avid Chicago Bears and White Sox fan, Archie was a simple man who enjoyed fishing, hunting, mushroom hunting and riding and training horses.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no services.
