Herman Sebren, 70, of Brandon, Mississippi, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Born in 1953 in Brandon, he was the cherished son of Curtis Wesley “CW” Sebren and Juanita Chapman Sebren, lifelong residents of Rankin County.
Herman is survived by his wife, Pam Sebren; son, Wesley Sebren (Sandy Kelly Sebren); daughter, Julie Sebren Luckey (Jeff Luckey); their mother, Judy Kelly; grandsons, Waylon and Wyatt Sebren; granddaughter, Bella Luckey; and siblings, Linda Faye Hughes, Billy-Jack Sebren, and Kenny Ray Sebren, along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and brothers; Curtis Wallace Sebren, Sammy Joseph Sebren, and “Bubba” Curtis Millard Sebren.
A man of integrity and straightforwardness, Herman cherished his large family and loved them deeply. Known as the neighborhood security, the karaoke king, and an exceptional deer hunter, he was always ready to guide his family and friends along the right path, offering unwavering support and love. He enjoyed spending time in Pascagoula and the Gulf, appreciated restoring cars with his wife, Pam, and had a passion for the outdoors. Never one to sit still, he was always busy working on something and could often be found on the porch with a cup of coffee. His word was his bond, and his handshake was the seal.
Visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 8:00pm, Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 10:00am, Wednesday, October 2, 2024, in the funeral home chapel with interment in the Galilee Baptist Church Cemetery in Puckett.
