She was born October 16, 1967 in Jackson, Ms. to her parents Presley A. Sanders Sr. And Florence Groome Sanders. Sharon graduated in 1986 from Pearl High School.

She was always known for her red hair and fiery soul. She loved to swim, fish, and boat ride. She had a huge love for dogs. Sharon is preceded in death by her parents Presley A. Sanders Sr and Florence Groome Sanders. She is survived by her husband Wilburn James "Billy" Guy, Jr. Her 3 children Jessica Edwards of Denham Springs, La., Jeffery Nicholas "Nick" Edwards and wife Erica of Jacksonville, FL., and William James "lil Billy" Guy of Pearl, Ms. She was "Grammy" to 3 grandchildren, Jasmyn Elizabeth, Jordyn Deshea, and Jadyn Leigh all of Denham Springs, LA. Brothers Presley A. Sanders Jr. wife Cindy and William "Dean" Sanders wife Kathy. Brother In Law Brandon James Guy wife Rhonda Guy of Walker, LA. Sharon was an aunt to nieces Kimberly Sanders and Lauren Sanders Peace and nephews Matthew Sanders and Zak Sanders. She was a Great-Aunt of 3 Great Nieces and 4 Great Nephews.
